The only potential conflict that comes to mind could be in the registry. And of course make sure your shortcuts are in order.
But with how old titanium client is, The newer client may store registry information under a new sub section.
Make sure you don't accidentally patch the p99 install.
That being said,. I have EQ Live and P99 installed with no issues. I installed eq live with the regular installer with no issues.
