I did legs and core YESTERDAY. A little lighter than normal so not HUGE gains because I wanted to swim a mile, too.

I cucked myself by losing my good goggles and gave up like a soft-willed LOSER.

But I made up for that by eating a serious amount of icecream and turkey for the gains.
