The fate of little Notaa is a tragic one. Rumor has it she looted a Staff of the Waterwalker and went for a swim in Cobalt Scar with her othmir friends one day. Sadly, Kelorek`Dar came upon her and the water dragon filled belly on a halfling crunchy.
It's a horror story. RIP.
