Quickly: As a rather undergeared warrior, is there any hope in for me in Kunark?

Long story:
I've got a 31 Ogre Warrior and a 23 Necro. I'd forgotten how gear dependent a warrior is, but I was really enjoying playing the class until I got taken for someone around 260 plat (just about every penny I had). I had to ask someone to hold the plat to transfer to a toon that could buy the rubies in Freeport for a couple of crafted pieces I was ready to turn in and they ended up disappearing on me.

Rather soul crushing, but I moved to the necro thinking I could solo up and gear up my warrior, but it's not the class that I want to play, and I couldn't stick with the necro.

So would a 31 Warrior with gnoll hide lariats, a crafted bp and a bunch of bronze and banded be functional enough to find a group in kunark? When I left months ago, there was already an influx of twinked warriors, I image that's only gotten more prevalent.
