Since I've been working 60+ hr weeks all this month AFTER relocating to a new city I have found myself toking a bit of cannabis each night for some rapid chill time. So far this hasn't interfered with my exercise regimen and I'm very glad to have a little nug around!

There’s a guy at my gym that stays high and is enormous. I want to say he’s is the minority of people who are able to do that and are highly functional. It’s going to be an individual basis but some medicinal marijuana use ain’t gonna kill your routine, especially if you’re a high functioning and disciplined person.
