The point is: the rules being, there are no rules as discussed in this and other threads.
Like on Sullon Zek. Very little rules.
No cheating.
No training your own team (or allow it.. whatever.. this came later on SZ).
What rules they wanted they DID code in; remember fansy? Fansy didn't do anything illegal, just took advantage of an overlooked mechanic.
Getting corpse camped? Find a way around it. IE: log off for a while and come back, find some companions to help get your corpse back.
No policing required. Not that hard to understand.

You're kinda missing what I'm saying here. Obviously since I played sullon zek, I don't care if it's a 0 rules server. The question is, do you actually believe the creators of P1999 will open a no rules server without any safeguards that allow loot and scoot and prevent corpse camping whether that be GM's enforcing it or just hardcoding it in as per my example.
You can't just act like a 10year old kid and say "I demand a server with _______" with no consideration to long term population sustainability and things like that. The devs probably do not want another TZVZ. With the right hardcoded rule setup, it could have 500-1000 population instead of 50. In Por Ylem2 UO server just opened up with 2300 people a week ago.
