I can't play MMO's for more than an hour or two at a time, anymore. Turns out I don't really like gamers. At my worst in like 2000 I would maybe play four or five hour sessions, a couple days a week. Never too serious. Never dedicated enough to raid in EQ, and only a handful of times in WoW.
Civ 5, though, still threatens to seize control and torpedo my life at any moment. My only excuse is that I am trying to build a better world.
