We do not, nor have we really ever functioned with a libertarian structure in america since the late 1700s to mid 1850's

Youd have states that had strong economies and sociliast economic policy, and youd have states with strong economies that payed workers more and they bought their own health insurance, youd have states that were ready to collapse becuse their sociliast ideology wasnt working and youd have states where quality of life is shit becuse industry is booming there and has free reign.
Then youd have one small federal tax that organized a central economy and our military protection. Known in Europe as the EU.
