I have screenshots of the entire interaction but for the sake of his privacy I will never share that.

I simply found the situation touching personally and should have known instead of being greeted with the same sentiment it would turn into a cynical RnF shit show.
That's why I put it in Server Chat just to try to avoid the RnF-type banter but obviously there is no escaping that here.
