the spell merchant Rushka Deklamoor isnt present in EC tunnel merchant area
nor is Srendon Gladetender in the druid guild in Kelethin
which means no Spell:Chloroblast for druids and shammies
pretty sure this is a kunark spell but sorry in advance if it doesnt comes out till later or something
