Thank you very much, greatly appreciated! It's just proving very difficult getting the correct people at the correct time (I live in England on GMT approximately 6/7 hours ahead of US time) but I will keep trying! I am guilded but they seem to be on mostly American time. Work doesn't help with this either lol.
