I've been attempting to camp Martar Icebear for the kilt for the Tishans Kilt quest. I've tried to find out as much as possible about his spawn, but I haven't had any luck with him so far.

Are his placeholders a polar bear cub and a goblin scout?

Can Martar and Karg Icebear be up at the same time on this server?

What is his spawn time? It seems a lot longer than recorded in old Zam comments.

Does he have multiple spawn points? I've tried the loc I could find, pos1881 neg4749 and never saw anything spawn there.

I'm pretty frustrated with this, and I appreciate any info you can offer please.
