As someone who never played a Wizard on live or here I'm confused: is this a classic nerf that P99 just implemented or a P99-specific nerf?

I still just don't get it: why even come here and post in these forums all the time with your Agnarr "wisdom"? Why not post on the boards for the server you actually play on, where you would be helping people instead of spreading misinformation?
