Default Creating a Character
New to this, so I apologize in advance for something so simple.

When I create a new character, it gets "stuck" in the submitting name to server and then it takes me back to login screen. I searched the FAQ but didn't see anything related to this. I've reinstalled the V45 and my P1999 files are fine apparently. Any ideas? I really want to get back into this beloved game.
