I may be wrong but I've heard from 2 sources in IB that Diggle and Olympia are RMTing stuff sepreate from the mass RMT other memebrs of the guild and "giving away" stuff in a raffle like this would be a pretty smart way to do it as I'm sure the staff is watching for RMT with IB leaving for Eqmac.
