So today while grouping with Namy he casually mentions something about a 50+ page RnF thread that spawned since the last time we grouped.
"Really?", I say, and made a note to follow up and see what that was all about.
Well, I was in LGuk with Namy before the UGuk train happened... so I feel like a little testimony is worthwhile.
I was on my bard Misst camping the DE Mask. I wasn't strong enough to do it alone so I was duo with my druid friend. Alas, my druid friend had to leave soon, but there was this lower level (45?) chanter 'Namyjamo' in zone and I figured maybe they could help me hold it (I was desperate).
I proceeded to wait like 20 minutes for the chanter to get to the ass/sup camp, which was really confusing considering it's basically the first camp you get to after bedroom.
He was up front in admitting it had been a while since he'd played and was still getting used to things... then revealed he had ran all the way to frenzy on accident.
Clearly this guy was a little rough around the edges, but again, I was desperate for help so I could get my mask, I didn't want to leave the camp!
The chanter finally arrived and he helped me hold the camp for quite a while -- it was a fun adventure crawling around nearby tunnels while waiting for repops, and almost dying multiple times.
I immediately gained a lot of respect for the guy, wow, he's got balls... knows his way around... one of those 'tecmos-style' chanters who dungeon crawls and soloes, etc. Not afraid to take on a big ball of mobs. Cool.
Eventually, he had to go, and that was the last I heard of our guk adventure until today.
So I had to laugh when I finally looked up this thread and saw all the drama.

Namy was clearly just running back to innothule swamp from LGuk after our camp. I take that exact path back from LG all the time, but I usually invis. He's admitted he was drunk (probably why he ran to the wrong camp in LGuk, lol). Drunk = cocky, probably thought oh just a bunch of greens, fuck it.
Saw low lvl enchanter on his way and thought, "hey I'll buff them!" Likely saw a froglok aggro himself and thought "stupid frog, fuck off" and ignored it... because what's one silly green frog to a lvl45? but Namy, you're drunk and forgetting about social aggro. Buffing the noob was his greatest mistake.
What proceeded was the spectacle that we witnessed in the video, as the lower lvl enchanter clearly didn't realize that people run through that area
all the time and if you're not ready for a random ball of frogs then you need to be ready to GTFO at any point in time.
I wouldn't think twice about running through that area with a ton of mobs... for the same reason if I was in a group camping that area I would be ready to gate or train out, as I've had to do many, many times in that area.
Anyway, since y'all love video evidence so much, I was streaming while grouping with Namy in LGuk, so if you want to spend more time analyzing his gameplay to see if he sucks or was being nefarious and plotting his mission to steal Scryer on the way out, be my guest!
