I an looked downed, and I don't care.
I am not looking down on transgender people, I just don't understand why I need to close my eyes on the biological gender they were born in as that doesn't change anything in my perception of them.

It's like if I would ask you to please call me fat. Yeah I know I'm only 126lbs but please ignore that and call me fat, I want to be fat and feel like I'm a fat person. In my heart I'm a fat person I just can't get weight but if everyone could just help me a bit a and play along calling me fat that would be great.

Why?

(Edit: I used to and/or have transgender coworkers and acquaintances and I do use their "preferred pronouns" and respect them fully the way they are. Not agreeing with something does not mean I can't make an effort to make them feel better in the meantime. Don't assume otherwise)
