Are the slow songs for bards affected by instruments/epic? Angstlich's Assonance has a 31% slow, assuming I use a 24 mod horn when casting it, would that increase the slow to around 75%? I know the dot damage increases, but I'm not high enough level to test the slow aspect of it, and the same would apply to the rest of their singing slow songs w/ the epic mod.
*edit* Did a few more searches on the forums and found the answer to this, unfortunately no!

for all slow and all haste, instruments don't mod the percentage. they do mod other stats (like the stats that go along with haste, or the damage that goes along with the slow) that go with the spell.
