Yes, Tomlin stumbles at times in the regular season, but his speeches and emotional relationship with his players really maximizes what he gets out of them. He also has not blown any big games with dumb decisions. I stand by him being a top-notch NFL coach.

I don't dissagree that he's a players coach & the players love him ( Maybe not Ben) He does, however, make bizare desesions at times. I think he blew last weeks game (which was a big game)

There are no coaches that don't make errors at times. I noted the consistent coaches that get to the playoffs and that look promising, who also do not blow big games with stupid coaching decisions.

I don't actually hate him, I just don't think he's an elite level coach. I wouldn't take him over Belichick if I ran a franchise. I still hate the Pats but you have to give credit where it's due.
As a side note, I've been playing on p99 for awhile and almost never post but it's nice to see some football talk. Even if it's in RnF
