No amount of money you could donate would get Rogean to reset red.

This is because the daybreak agreement said he's not allowed to alter the project as-is without permission.

Let's say you put 50k up. That's not worth risking the entire project. The project as a whole is worth about 90k a year. You'd have to offer 200k (a few years worth) to even entice rogean into detonating his agreement with Daybreak.
