This is only 50% satire. Its a tax cut and it does benefit the middle class.

Of course smaller sized middle class businesses (5-10 million in profits/year) will see the largest relief. This is because businesses between 2-10 million were getting absolutely murdered by taxes, with no incentive to hire. That is the problem. You had this HUGE tax burden on smaller businesses for no reason, while the big dogs are over in Ireland and Holland paying a flat 15% while technically being an American founded company.

Businesses over 25 million in revenue, well they didn't really need a tax cut but are getting one anyway. That is one of the missteps of the bill.

Anyway, the bill does what Trump said he was going to do. There is no sense for the left to hate on it. The only thing they should be voicing strong dissent for is not taxing passive income over 100 million dollars, and not raising the capital gains tax and/or changing the definition of capital gains. P.S. draft federal regulations on hedge funds please. stop giving these overnight billionaires a place to make money disappear and we'll be a lot richer as a whole.
