<Paradox> is always recruiting if you are interested in a casual raiding guild. We are lvl 40+, all loot is /ran (need before greed) and we do HoT, Sky, Hate, Fear, West Wastes, DN, SG and epic quests. If you are looking for BiS in every slot, then you should apply to Aftermath or Awakened instead.
