With a Dark Elf SK twinked with a fungi, ebon mace, SCHW and everything else relatively cheap gear focused on HP/AC/STR... I started dying if I didn't pay attention at around level 30. From level 1 to 25 you can perma whack on whites brainlessly with 0 downtime. From there you might wanna move to blues and start being a little it more careful

Log in or Register.] I stopped at 35 (I had to give back the fungi to the person who gave it to me hehe) and it was still easy enough but not in dumbland anymore. Mobs can hit you for double 65+ and DD your face for like 200. So the 15hp/tick regen (or 17 for trolls?) is not gonna save you alone at that point
