omgosh, you've been missing out! dunno what a macchiato is in it own, butt a
caramel macchiato is basically a large with caramel syrup drizzled on it. if you get it iced, it looks super cool with the milk in the bottom, coffee on top and caramel tentacles oozing down into the milk. its probably one of the most erotic beverages out there.
