Stating the obvious here but egg whites are good. Some cholesterol in your diet isn't bad for you (it's necessary for certain things) if you're going to + yolk. But I agree, you don't want to overdo it.

egg whites are certainly better but honestly fat people are too lazy to separate the yolk. if you wanna lose weight stay away from dairy especially cheese. im not even fat and i ended up losing weight when i cut dairy out of my diet. fuck all dat shit.
