As already said, it's got to be one of those two things. If you altered you cpu at all, that could potentially do it so make sure it's at default if cmos/bios. If not, pull the panel off and get all of the dust out. It's easier with an air pump or something, but whatever gets it done will work. Also, worst case scenario is that it is the heat sink, so you may need to have a new one installed on to your cpu. Nothing too expensive at stake here, of course unless you fry your processor up :P
