This is not true, i have survived 20 yeras of everquest without gaining weight and can survive another 40 years of life without it either.
I know its hard to believe that a member of the community isnt fat, but look at sektors, he weighs 400lbs but from the outside, it looks like he'd only weigh about 155 (If you catch my drift)
But seriously if even a hard core loser like him can shed weight. Anyone can.
