Marx himself acknowledged number 1. He was simply theorizing about what comes after capitalism (never came). I don't understand what kind of retard buys into number 2. Talk about hubris. This theory is invariably linked with a misunderstanding of Marx and the different contexts of communism.
Communism is supposed to happen after Capitalism in a country like America or Germany. It is supposed to be the most advanced system after capitalism, in the most advanced country. Later on, some guy named Lenin in Russia came up with the idea of starting a totalitarian government to try to get to Communism by skipping Capitalism. This was not necessarily an idea that couldn't work -- but it never did. It is associated with lots of dead bodies. Enter our American Misinformation media masters to constantly force feed us about the horrors of Communism (even though it was really Communism, and it was working better that what came before).

Capitalism sucks. The individualism that comes with it allows some of you to perceive that you'd be doing better in another system. The reality is that you couldn't compete regardless, and would be even lower peons in anything that came before. That said, it's certainly not fair and for many people it's terribly degrading due to no fault of their own. I'm simply asking y'all to come up with something better than socialism or communism, which in the absence of morality, simply can't work. Face facts, the individualism that allows people to think "fat shaming" is a more important concept than "you're unhealthy" isn't going to work in a collectivist system. We'd just have more dead weight
I agree with one thing though. The (((people))) at the top of the economic hierarchy are worse than those at the bottom. I just don't see a realistic solution that doesn't result in a worse outcome
