Regarding Mead's new PC comment, I suggest waiting on all new PC builds. I have gotten wind from numerous credible sources that a significant breakthrough in personal computing power is happening and so it would be a mistake to drop a couple K on a new rig only to have the current tech massively overtaken in 6 months.

I will take your advice then. It's not a necessity at the moment. I haven't really been playing anything very hardware intensive. The hard drive went on my main PC and it's slightly outdated. My Alienware laptop runs everything I'm playing these days. I'm definitely getting a TV on Monday though.
