IMPORTANT EDIT:
Due to the unfortunate behavior of a now-banned former client, I feel that it is necessary to update some of my policies. To clarify, I spend several hours each day auctioning items for my clients and working to find buyers/sellers. This is hard work. For someone to dump half a dozen items on me, let me work for them for several days, and then take their items back after I've spent dozens of hours trying to get their items sold (and several of them did sell, btw), it is just abusive. It must be nice to take a few days off from EQ, let someone sell half of your items, and then come back and take back the rest without so much as a "thank you." I can no longer allow this to happen. There has only been one person to abuse my services in this way, and I want to thank the rest of you for making this new experience so incredible for me, but sadly it only takes one person to ruin things. At this point, I can no longer allow people to take items back at no charge, beyond the first 24 hours.
The policies listed in the original post are no longer valid. Here are the revised policies for my consignment services, and I hope that all of my other amazing and loyal customers understand why I must adjust these policies:
New Selling Policies:
- In order to sell your items for you, each item must be worth 1,000pp or more.
- I take a very modest 10% commission on sales of each item.
- If you decide that you want your item back, you must say so within 24 hours, via /tell Octavion or PM on the forums.
- Beyond the first 24 hours, there is a charge of 20% of the item value for returns.
- Beyond a week, if the item has not sold, you have the following options:

You are now entitled to a return of your item with a 10% charge.
(2)
You may decide to extend the duration of our consignment.
(3)
You may decide to lower the price of the item to encourage the sale.
(4)
You may opt to have me buy out your item for 65% of the current wiki average.
New Buying Policies:
- In order to purchase your items for you, I require 50% of the cost of the item up front.
- Once I have found your item for you, the remaining 50% of the cost is due with the 10% commission.
- Again, you have 24 hours to change your mind and get a full refund.
- Beyond the first 24 hours, there is a charge of 20% of the item value for refunds.
- Beyond a week, if I have not found the item for you, you have the following options:

You may decide to get a refund, for a 10% charge of the item value.
(2)
You may decide to extend the duration of our consignment.
(3)
You may decide to raise your offer to encourage buyers.
I know that the new policies may sound a bit harsh, but I genuinely do not believe that they will affect 99% of my clients. You've all been tremendous and I've thoroughly enjoyed our experiences together thus far. I don't think these new policies will affect any of you. They are just protection against abusive people. Your loyalty and positive feedback on the forums has been so appreciated and I look forward to continuing to serve you all as best I can.
And no, these new policies do not apply to customers who already made consignment deals with me. These policies only affect deals moving forward.
