Torch of Alna was one of the first quests I did with my shaman. Helpful even when you're not trying to chain summon. For example if you're about to gate or zone with a pet, click it to get some mana back.
Or if you desperately need mana quickly you can click

https://wiki.project1999.com/Fairy-Hide_Mantle to insta-summon a pet at full health, click the torch to get 350-450 mana instantly. Rinse and repeat until you're out of charges. The Fang Amulet is only 100-200p so I always keep one fully charged on my shaman, and the Sky Shoulders are rechargable with a mana battery.
