A bard can keep it clear, but you'll need a CR setup if he gets rooted or feared for too long while rounding up mobs. If you ask a guild going up for golems, they can usually just pull Irak to camp for you.
However, the easiest way is to just do it after a CT kill. Guilds charm Irak for dps, but typically do not kill him afterwards. The zone will be 100% empty after a CT kill. You can always just hang around and ask in ooc for Irak after CT goes down as well to ensure he lives.
