Yes, and the idea is to move closer to classic so a 'true classic' server can be released, not to move the beta (blue) further away.
Don't forget, you are currently only in the open beta for the real p99 server.

Obviously you keep the mechanics of the achievements secret, and don't notify the players of exactly what they did when the unlocks happen
