In the movie Trainspotting, there's a scene where the main character digs through a flithy toilet that's splattered with brown sludge in order to get his opium suppositories.
That's what Red99 is.. An overflowing, shit-plastered toilet that a few people are somehow addicted + sad enough to still cling to.
