He means that women who wouldnt normally be showered with a ton of compliments regarding their general levels of attractiveness are now (thanks to the interwebz) getting bombarded with "OMG u sooo hawt gurl."
As a result women have learned a sense of entitlement when it comes to men, usually manifesting itself in a laundry list of "must haves" when it comes to selecting a mate. Usually the "must haves" are all but unattainable even for the most attractive women.
