When I was talking about rarity of items, I was talking about EQ live, not TZVZ. On TZVZ, I believe tstaff drop rate was set higher than normal plus people were repopping zones to make it even more common.

I'm almost positive Oggok Cleaver was removed from the game before SZ came out. Seeing as how I never saw a single person on the server with one.
