Because your account is new a certain period of time has to pass before you can post freely on the forums. This is to deter troll posts and other things some people find funny. Currently your posts are moderated. Also I do all IP exemptions that are submitted on p99 in batches roughly every 2 weeks. If time allows I plan to do a batch today.
