I offer you the following for your " Pulsing Green Stones - Offer" -- why don't you do the kind thing and help someone deserving along by not actually charging them some outstandingly ridiculous amount as an attempt at the EC tunnel quest program and instead see what others might be able to assist you with in terms of your actual in game goals as Epic's are most certainly on everyone's wish list at some point.
