cyclops island will be terrible xp at 55. Maybe 2nd 3rd level roofs in com can still give good xp at that level? Solb efreeti if its not camped be good, giant fort in BW can still give xp at 55, maybe skyfire graveyard is ok? If you get a good third class for trio you can do camps in seb.
