You know that each level from 51-60 is about ten regular levels length right? (or maybe 5, but the point still stands that the halfway point to 60 is not 30, it's probably like 50). Even if you were gaining 2 levels per day you're no where near level 60.
Also in a pickup raid typically everyone would random. As in they'd random on the first stone AND the second stone. Meaning you have to help organize it a dozen times to be sure you'd end up with one.
There's really no incentive for anyone to want to do this. People might kindly help you kill black dire or something because maybe it would only take 2 people, but getting a dozen strangers to do you a favor is a bit much, why not just join a large casual guild that would have the manpower to want to help?
