Innothule therefore troll related. I imagine Trolls would harvest these or eat them in times of desperation. In the Everquest Lore trolls are known to eat just about anything... Even each other. So it's no surprise they'd munch on some fungi growing around their home former Guk. (guk use to be the troll city) and now grobb.
