If you are talking about typical exp grind groups of single pulls, you have wizards way too high. At level 51, Draught of Fire does 643 damage for 194 mana (assuming Spec:Evoc). It will take the wizard 7 tics (42 seconds) to med that back (with clarity). Basically putting their sustained DPS at 15.
Note: On live, 1 out of 3 rain waves were resisted, making this less viable.
In a quick fight, they are certainly up there. But sustained you have them too high.
