someone with connects suggested he was a wannabe black market arms dealer (we know he worked for Lockheed, that suggests he had security clearances we will never know about the level of clearance he had)
they basically outline all the facts of the case so far regarding Paddock's actions, his wife, his brother, and such and determined there is no "he just snapped" plausibility.

This is why the FBI is playing dumb and reluctant to speak. This is some high level shit. Paddock shared a charter plane that 0bama also used. That means he had a security clearance that allowed him to used the same charter jets as the State Department. (they all share planes, but the plane the president uses is extra securely maintained. Basically he was in the G-man circle from his Lockheed days. And likely his CIA days.
