I don't know, most of this doesn't seem right to me. Newbi zone bonus doesn't seem to be represented in some places, , Kedge bonus seems way off, same goes for Lguk and solb.
Just my opinion, but you can tell the difference if you solo a similar level mob in each of those zones.

This list may not be 100% accurate, however it is the most accurate list that has been compiled. The P99 FAQ contains a
ZEM list (classic zones only) that, for the zones covered on both lists, matches the EQMacWiki list linked by McBard. If you know of corrections to either list, please aid us by providing more accurate numbers or by creating/editing a list on the P99 wiki.
