I don't know, most of this doesn't seem right to me. Newbi zone bonus doesn't seem to be represented in some places, , Kedge bonus seems way off, same goes for Lguk and solb.
Just my opinion, but you can tell the difference if you solo a similar level mob in each of those zones.
