The closest we have so far is:
http://wiki.project1999.com/Solo_Artist_Challenge. However it was just the result of a few people in a single thread suggesting Velious additions for the old challenge, so it's definitely not yet a fully-finished product.
It is a wiki though, so if anyone is motivated to improve it they can. Or, if anyone starts a new thread on the topic, I'll happily update the wiki in response.
