I really like the games on the SNES (note tense :P).
Coupled with the wide online play, 'non-traditional-gaming' friendliness of the system and back catalogue of 'classic' games I have to pick the Wii / Network era.
I feel the other eras were more incremental changes than really innovative. But I don't know what I'm talking about, just my perspective
