P99 Red is akin to that of Brazil. Mainly because if you know how to handle yourself, you can join or avoid PvP, for the most part, just like how crime works in Brazil.

There are plenty of video clips online where you can find people minding their own business and then suddenly, there's a gun in their face for pocket cash.

That's literally the Red server's PvP in a nutshell. I know people like to think there are epic battles occurring, but literally it's a couple of guys jumping into a large crowd waving some weapons and then getting stomped out by a larger group. I saw the Apex vs. Epidemic PvP spam from the plane of Fear, and it was close to the scenario I just described.
