Hello, in April I downloaded Project99 for MAC based on the guide provided on the site. I logged back on yesterday for the firs time since April, and my character (level 4) disappeared, as well, it informed me that my spells needed to be updated in order to start a new character. I was hoping someone could provide me with troubleshooting steps. I have all the criteria downloaded off the site, but I uninstalling to start all over seems a bit redundant.

You need to get the latest patch! Download those here:

You are on a mac so you will have to be careful not to erase files when you patch. You should try doing the steps here:

Never fear, your character should still be there. The server just checks to see if you've got the latest patch before it lets you on.
