Anyone who circulates a document about how women are genetically inferior at tech (at Google -- probably in fucking San Francisco) is a complete retard. This guy deserves no sympathy for that and its great he will be replaced by someone who isn't that clueless.

Affirmative action....the reason for it because it long became apparent to upper middle class people -- It's who you know. The vast majority of office work can be done by anyone who spent a tiny bit of time learning to type and write. The rest is social and political bullshit.
